Onshore’s Embry Riddle student apartments are less than 1 mile from the campus! A free shuttle bus is also available that stops right at the front of our community to take you straight to campus!
Onshore is pet friendly, we allow up to two pets per apartments. Pets must be under 50 lbs and at least a year old. All pets must be up to date on all licenses and vaccinations. A $350 upfront pet fee and $35 monthly pet rent apply per pet.
We have a 24/7 emergency maintenance line for urgent requests. For non-emergency requests, our maintenance team does their best to respond within 24to 48 hours.
Your lease is individual, meaning you can bring your own roommates or let us match you! When you apply, there is a section to add your preferred roommates,if you have any.
Leases begin in August and go through the end of July.
Onshore’s online portal makes it easy to pay your rent with a checking account, savings account, credit, or debit card, and allows you to set up automatic recurring monthly payments that you have complete control over. We also acceptcheck, money order, or cashier’s checks.
Rent at Onshore includes internet, furniture, 24/7 emergency maintenance, and access control. You will pay water and electricity separately.
Onshore offers ample parking for residents and visitor parking for guests. To utilize the parking, we do require that residents register their vehicle and will be issued a permit for the small annual fee of $35.
All apartments at Onshore include a modern furniture package in the rental rate! Your furnished apartment will come with a Full XL bed, desk, desk chair, two stackable dressers, and a nightstand in the bedroom. It will also include barstools, a sofa and side chair, coffee table, end table, TV stand, and TV in the living room.
Renewal offers are made around September for the following year. Residents who fill their lease obligations are offered renewals at a discounted rate. We love when our residents decide to stay with us for another year!
Guests are welcome but may not stay two or more nights consecutively. Please contact the Leasing Office for more details on the guest policy.
Onshore’s security deposit is $150 per bedroom and will be allocated towards the cleaning fee at move out and any damages or incidentals balances due. Otherwise, the remaining amount is refunded to the resident.
